In the study we examined, Alevism in Malatya was evaluated regarding social integration. The interviews determined factors affecting the differentiation of the understanding of Alevism, and the concepts expressing this diversity were used. For instance, “Traditional Alevism” and “Ideological Alevism” are among these concepts. The study consists of nine chapters and conclusions; it is an essential source with the explanatory parts of the theoretical information and the evaluation of the data obtained through the interviews.
